I had the opportunity to visit Rally Point recently and it allowed me to just be myself and recover. I am so grateful for their generosity and friendship. I very much needed dog therapy so Sarah and Maggie made sure that I was well loved and cuddled. I got to cook with Jo and ramble on about what nutrients the body needs. Bob helped me turn a pen and I was thrilled to see the beauty I created! For anyone who needs to step away to rest or gain perspective, this is a safe place.
