How is everyone doing? Fall can be a difficult time for many. Let's check in.It is lovely when the weather is mild and the opportunity to walk in nature and enjoy the vibrant colours presents itself.
How are the colours where you are?
Can you believe it? Strawberries in OCTOBER! Wild. Our everbearing plants are machines.
Fall harvest is in full swing and processing all the goodness so we can have it in the winter is important.How beautiful are these tomatoes? Cut and drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with oregano from the garden and salt and pepper they will be roasted till soft and a little darker on the edges.
We just whizz them up in the blender and add a touch of balsamic vinegar for sweetness. So incredibly good.
