Have you heard? Theresa has taken over our library/craft space to paint lovely intuitive works that feature feathers. Many of those feathers come from the birds we keep here at Rally Point.What is intuitive painting? It is a way to just relax into the materials with no set idea as to what you will do. The ideas come as you work with the paint. Sometimes it takes more than a day to have a painting appear. But the idea is to put down the load of trauma and just be in the moment for a time.
