Past programming is hard to change. It is a day to day process of becoming aware and realizing you have choice. Always be kind to yourself.
This is Thelma, one of our golden girls. She has seen it all, has good days and bad. Most days she chooses to be with the guinea fowl. She picks the group that accepts and supports her even though they look different.I think we can learn a lot from Thelma.
Once more the sound of the ocean brings solace. Smell of salt air, sound of crashing waves, salmon colored sky and the brilliant glow of a sun just beginning to settle.Everyday offers beauty of the beginning anew and the settle down of dusk.
