So many changes over the last 6 months! None of them would have been possible without volunteers. Our front garden was fenced to prevent animals snacking, or our own birds trenching out plants. The boat was cleaned and tested for watertight. The boat trailer was rewired so it can haul. A new cabin just “poof” appeared! Our driveway was graveled and graded.Gardens are growing! Potatoes, pumpkins, three sisters (a brother and some cousins!) are growing as well as zucchini, beets and blueberries. The front lawn was leveled and we have some new shade under the big tree. Indoor gardens are growing too. Cucumbers, strawberries and peppers are happily enjoying the heat.We lost a few chickens and guineas but one eager mama guinea brought 7 gorgeous chicks out of the woods bringing our number to 14. And we added 6 white chantecler cross hens to Johnny Sparkles stable and he is one happy rooster.Wood was sawn, chopped and piled. The wood hut was re-floored. We now have two new totes for garden water storage. The mill site was leveled and the portable mill was moved to its new home. Our big planer in the garage had new blades installed.A massive thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way. We couldn’t do what we do without YOU!No one was tagged in case they didn't want acknowledgment, so if you helped us and want to post a picture or comment on ours please do. You are what keeps us doing what we do. ... See MoreSee Less2 days ago
